Tell us where the footage gets stuck
Send a note about a suite that needs rebuilding, a set of cards that will not match, an archive nobody can restore or a delivery deadline that keeps moving. A short message with the shape of the problem is enough to start. JT WISTRCILL MEDIA LLC replies to every serious request, usually within one business day.
Every enquiry reaches a person on the bench rather than a queue, and every survey request is answered with a named engineer and a proposed visit window.

Business hours
Survey visits and overnight installs are scheduled outside these hours when a shoot day requires it.
Three questions we hear first
Do you travel outside Murray for a survey
Yes. Most of our work is within the Salt Lake Valley, and we take on projects across the wider region when the schedule allows. A survey can also begin as a remote session with photographs, a device list and a short screen share, followed by an on site visit for the build week.
Can you work with equipment we already own
Often, yes. We inventory what is in place, test it against the workload it must carry and keep anything that is sound. The design then focuses on the weak links rather than a full replacement. Where an old device is the source of repeat failures, we will say so plainly and show the evidence.
How quickly can a support call be handled
Supported clients reach a named engineer during business hours, and urgent production stops are triaged first. Many faults are resolved remotely in the same session. For hardware failures we draw on the spare stock held for supported rooms so a replacement is usually on site the next working day.
What helps a first reply
- The kind of production the team runs.
- How many seats, cameras and rooms.
- Where files live today, and how they travel.
- The deadline that matters most.
Arriving with a clear picture
A useful enquiry does not need to be formal. A paragraph about the room, the people and the deadline is more valuable than a long equipment list, because it tells the studio where the friction sits. Photographs of a rack, a desk or a storage screen are welcome and often save a call. Recent bills of materials are useful when a system is being replaced rather than extended.
If the work is urgent, say so in the subject line and telephone the studio as well. A production stop gets triaged ahead of routine requests, and an engineer will call back with a first question rather than a form. For planned builds, a survey can usually be arranged within two weeks, and a written proposal follows within a few days of the visit.
Clients sometimes arrive with a design already drawn. That is fine. The studio will read it carefully, test the assumptions and say plainly where the weak points sit. The goal is a room that works, not a plan that belongs to one supplier. Every survey ends with a short written summary that the client keeps, whether or not a build follows.
Working with the studio
JT WISTRCILL MEDIA LLC keeps a small active roster so that each project has a named lead. Replies come from that person, not from a shared desk. When a build reaches handover, the same lead runs the training session and signs the run book, which means the person answering the phone later already knows the room.
